Culture Cafe

Hosted by Creative Moray at the Eight Acres Hotel, Elgin (Westray Suite) on Tues 27th Nov, from 7 – 10 pm

Culture Café is a meeting place for practicing artists and people, who work in the arts, based in and around Moray. Art is for sharing, it is democratic and social, it brings people together and can change lives for the better.
It is about positive contribution, the sharing of inspirational ideas and the developing of local creative partnerships and collaborations.

Keynote speakers confirmed, include:

  • Kresanna Aigner – update on Cluture Day (2013) & Findhorn Bay Arts Festival (2013);
  • Sam Hampton-Smith – Creative Moray exciting industry launch;
  • Bill Graham & Tom MacCallum – T-Exchange engaging with the creative sector;
  • Steve McCluskey – follow-up to Creative & Caring Moray;
  • Clare Mansell – 50 Faces of Moray.

This event has been organised by filmmaker, Anna McPherson, who will Chair the evening. The first part of the evening and last 45 mins will provide ample time for informal networking.
